RENTAL GUIDELINES

DESK HOURS

Management of BLB is done remotely. However, you can reach ​us between the hours of 9am - 6pm. You may call or text ​numbers provided at check in. A caretaker is available during ​the day to assist where possible.


RENTS & PAYMENTS

All payments should be made on time and in line with signed ​agreements. Security deposits wil be received at check in.


cancellations & postponements

Last minute cancellation gives us very little time to re-book. We ​therefore have a no cancellation policy. Postponement can be ​made if prior notice of at least 72 hours is given to management. ​You are allowed to postpone booking only once.


housekeeping, cleaning & inspection

Please note that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before ​each guest arrives. Subsequently, guests are responsible for all ​other cleaning until check out. Inspections will be carried out the ​last week of each month; for guests staying longer than a month, ​and at check out for short stay guests.


damages

You are responsible for all contents of the apartment present at ​check-in. Damages caused be guests will be deducted from ​security deposit before it is refunded after check out.


GROUP RESERVATIONS & GATHERINGS

Please be mindful of other guests. Noise levels should be kept lo​w. Guests are allowed to have visitors over but they are not permit​ted to stay if the numbers exceed the room limits.


power & water supply

We rely on the national supply companies for electricity an​d water. However, in the event that there is a cut or break in sup​ply, we have a back up reservoir for water supply and solar ​powered facilities in​ ​place.


internet access

Access to the internet is complimentary. The connection is ​entirely reliant on our service providers.

No pets are allowed on this property.
