Management of BLB is done remotely. However, you can reach us between the hours of 9am - 6pm. You may call or text numbers provided at check in. A caretaker is available during the day to assist where possible.
RENTS & PAYMENTS
All payments should be made on time and in line with signed agreements. Security deposits wil be received at check in.
cancellations & postponements
Last minute cancellation gives us very little time to re-book. We therefore have a no cancellation policy. Postponement can be made if prior notice of at least 72 hours is given to management. You are allowed to postpone booking only once.
housekeeping, cleaning & inspection
Please note that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each guest arrives. Subsequently, guests are responsible for all other cleaning until check out. Inspections will be carried out the last week of each month; for guests staying longer than a month, and at check out for short stay guests.
damages
You are responsible for all contents of the apartment present at check-in. Damages caused be guests will be deducted from security deposit before it is refunded after check out.
GROUP RESERVATIONS & GATHERINGS
Please be mindful of other guests. Noise levels should be kept low. Guests are allowed to have visitors over but they are not permitted to stay if the numbers exceed the room limits.
power & water supply
We rely on the national supply companies for electricity and water. However, in the event that there is a cut or break in supply, we have a back up reservoir for water supply and solar powered facilities in place.
internet access
Access to the internet is complimentary. The connection is entirely reliant on our service providers.

No pets are allowed on this property.
